Hi, I’m Mingaile. I specialize in digital marketing, SEO and web optimization. I got into this field because I love solving problems and making things feel simple and clear for people.

Why digital marketing?

I’ve always been drawn to both analytical thinking and creativity, but for a long time I struggled to find where the two met. After a lot of searching, I came across digital marketing courses in CodeAcademy school and decided to give it a shot.

It clicked immediately. I had a great lecturer who introduced me to SEO, WordPress and PPC and somewhere along the way I stopped just learning and started genuinely obsessing over it. Websites, SEO, how everything connects and why it works, I couldn’t get enough.

Time disappears when I’m deep in this kind of work and that told me everything I needed to know. This is the path I want to be on long term.

What I'm like as a person

Outside of work

Outside of marketing, I’m someone who’s constantly exploring, learning and trying out new things. I’m drawn to anything that sparks curiosity or a sense of adventure, whether it’s traveling or diving into psychological or historical books. I’ve always had both a creative and an analytical side and it shows up in my everyday life. I could never fully categorize myself as a strict perfectionist or a chaotic free spirit, I naturally keep a balance between those two worlds.

I’m an introvert and a bit shy by nature, yet I genuinely enjoy connecting and cooperating with people. After lots of interaction I need a moment to recharge, but I adapt quickly and return to my usual rhythm with ease.

And if you’ve noticed all the cat photos and illustrations on my website, that’s not accidental. I grew up surrounded by cats, caring for them the best way a child could and even saving a few along the way. I love their energy, and I honestly feel they resonate deeply with who I am as a person.

Curiosity, care and a genuine desire to do things right. I believe the best work comes from staying honest, never settling for good enough, and always keeping things simple and clear for the people who matter most. When I work on SEO and websites, my focus is always on the customer, because at the end of the day, that’s who everything is really for.

A team where I can contribute real value and grow alongside people who care about doing things well. I’m proactive, I value open communication and I’m in it for the long term. I’m comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and I bring the same level of care and intention either way.
